Board Members

The PTO meets at least once per month throughout the school year. All board members are responsible for ensuring the mission and vision are executed in good faith. They are responsible for overseeing the organization’s resources so it can meet its objectives, safeguard the good name and values of the organisation, ensure proper investment of funds, ensure effective administration and attend meetings.

President – Meghan Halupka

The role of president is to provide direction and leadership for the PTO, ensuring that the organization achieves its goals, and objectives. They preside at general PTO meetings and executive board meetings, serve as the official representative of the PTO, retain all official records of the PTO and all other responsibilities normally associated with the office of the president of an organization.

Treasurer – Daleth Escoto

The treasurer serves as custodian of the PTO’s finances to collect revenue, pay authorized expenses, report financial activity every month, prepare year-end financial reports, facilitate an annual audit and hold all financial records.

Secretary – Monica LeClair

The secretary’s role is to manage communications and marketing for the PTO including, but not limited to PTO newsletters, email broadcasts, websites, bulletin boards, etc.  Record and distribute minutes of all executive board meetings and all general PTO meetings, prepare agendas for official PTO meetings, maintain historical records for the PTO.
